• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Assist in preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documents.
• Monitor expenses and prepare monthly budget reports.
• Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Support tax filing and ensure timely submission.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial needs.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of accounting experience is preferred.
