• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Follow recipes and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure freshness and presentation of baked goods.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment properly.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness in the baking area and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Assist with decorating cakes and pastries when needed.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure timely preparation of products for customers.

Skills:

• Basic baking and pastry-making skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Baking or Pastry Arts is an advantage.
